• Exercise Data: Results and progress from exercises you complete.
• Adaptive Level Data: Estimated current level by language and skill, confidence, diagnostic or onboarding seeds, and exercise-level evidence used to choose Auto practice.
• Avatar/Profile Images: If you select or upload an avatar.
• Cookies & Tracking: Session cookies for authentication, optional analytics and performance telemetry after consent, advertising measurement cookies, and other cookies for site functionality.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited, web vitals, signup events, exercise activation events, checkout starts, and subscription or trial activation events.

• To provide and improve our services
• To authenticate users and manage sessions
• To process and display your exercise results
• To choose adaptive Auto exercises and explain the current practice level
• To personalize your experience (e.g., avatars)

4. Who We Share Your Information With

• Service Providers: e.g., Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights), Stripe (payments, when enabled), Google Analytics/Google Ads (measurement, when consented), and Meta (advertising measurement, when consented). Optional Vercel analytics and performance telemetry load only after you accept analytics consent.

We use industry-standard security measures (SSL, encryption, access controls) and regularly review our practices to safeguard your data.

We may transfer your data outside your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK).

8. Retention

Adaptive current-level state and raw adaptive level events are retained while your account is active so Auto practice can work across sessions and devices. We may introduce pruning for raw adaptive events older than 24 months. Account export includes adaptive level data, and account deletion hard-deletes adaptive level state and events before the account is anonymized.

9. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
